They are designed to encourage personal reflection, intentional living, nervous-system-informed home design, spiritual exploration (where requested), and personal growth.
While Nora has professional experience in education, social services, and trauma-informed practice, she is not providing regulated psychotherapy, psychology, psychiatric care, counselling, medical treatment, legal advice, or any other regulated health-care service through these offerings.
Participation in these services does not establish a therapist-client, psychologist-client, physician-patient, or other regulated professional relationship.

These sessions are intended to support personal insight and self-reflection. They are not represented as scientifically established medical treatments and should not be relied upon as a substitute for evidence-based healthcare.
Suitability
These services are intended for adults who are emotionally stable enough to participate in coaching and educational programming.
If you are experiencing severe depression, active trauma symptoms that require clinical intervention, psychosis, thoughts of harming yourself or others, or another mental health crisis, these services are not appropriate as a primary source of support. Please seek immediate assistance from a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services in your area.
Confidentiality
Reasonable efforts will be made to protect personal information shared during private sessions in accordance with applicable privacy laws. However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group programs or online platforms where other participants are present.
